Hi. I am Francisco Vera, a designer living in Santiago de Chile. I help to create valuable experiences for users and organizations through a service design approach.

During my seven years of career, my work has been people-centered design. I have worked both in the discovering and defining phases of the projects doing shadowing, workshops, and prototypes. My portfolio summarizes the experience gained, and my writings collect thoughts and ideas.

When I started working in bigger digital systems, I realized that a service design approach is critical to tackling the challenges we are facing nowadays. Since then, my approach embraces the organizations’ complexities to put the people at the center of experiences.

During my free time, I love playing guitar, taking photos, reading about society, politics and technology, and sharing what I consider provoking lectures.
